As I may have mentioned, im tired! I bet I’m not the only one, so let’s start the week off with this quick and satisfying as fast food but much healthier option…


Rotisserie or deli-roasted chicken

Bagged salad or your favorite salad

Jalapeño popper dip ( with Fritos or Triscuits):

16 oz sour cream

1 pkg cooked bacon, chopped

1-2 c shredded cheese—you decide

1 pkg ranch seasoning

1-2 chopped fresh jalapeños

Another option is to serve the dip on Hawaiian rolls.
